What changed in v3

From client engagement to member product

Organizational

Tim is a member, not a client

Tim Culpepper joined 9Bit Studios LLC as a 20% founding member. Dewdrop is now an internal member product, not a third-party client engagement. This unlocks Apple Developer Organization publishing, brand co-marketing, and the Oksana platform.

Financial

Two revenue streams instead of one

The $5,000 build fee is unchanged. Post-launch, Dewdrop revenue flows 75% to Tim Culpepper (IP owner) and 25% to 9Bit Studios as a platform services fee — distributed to all three members by equity (55/25/20).

Schedule

Updated bimonthly fee schedule

Biweekly payments on 1st and 15th, complete by July 15. Deliverables continue through October to fund active development. Full breakdown on the fee schedule page.

Strategic

PillDrop & FeedDrop on the roadmap

Dewdrop is the proving ground for a portfolio of focused utility apps. The architecture, brand system, and Apple Intelligence foundation are built for reuse — see the portfolio vision.
